Melanie Crabb is a licensed Speech-Language Pathlogist. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Missouri State University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Illinois University.
Melanie has been a practicing in the field for nearly 20 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, nursing homes, day care centers, group homes, Intermediate Care Facilities, clinics and in-home settings.
She specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders and phonological disorders.
She has a special interests and extensive training in the areas Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Integration, Applied Behavior Analysis, Brain Injury and Cleft Palate.
Since 2005, Melanie has been a stay-at-home mom to her children and has provided private speech therapy in home and private school settings in the Des Moines, IA metro area.
